Polaris Blue
Description
Glossy deep blue glaze, slightly transparent. It reveals reliefs well and keeps strong intensity on smooth surfaces. An elegant, bright yet discreet glaze.

Usage
• Ideal for deciduous trees with light or yellow foliage such as ginkgo, potentilla and autumn maples.
• Shows white or pink blossoms very well thanks to the contrast with the deep blue.
• Also suitable for trees with light or textured bark, which its slight transparency allows to show through.
• Can be used on some modern conifers (such as Japanese white pines), even if traditional styles favour matte tones or raw clay.
This is not a classical pairing, but it works when an elegant contrast with a sober, deep, non-flashy blue is desired.
