Description
Matte black tending towards dark brown, with subtle nuances. A discreet, mineral glaze with no shine and a soft, natural texture.
• Opacity : opaque — Finish : matte — Texture : smooth
Usage
• Perfect for traditional conifers such as Japanese black pines, Scots pines and junipers, where the matte black pairs very well with strong bark and classical styles.
• An excellent option for trees with strong or dark trunks, where the sobriety of the glaze reinforces the presence of the tree.
• Also suitable for rustic deciduous trees (oak, hornbeam, beech), whose natural tones harmonise well with the dark brown-black.
• Ideal for minimalist, natural or masculine compositions, where a dark, non-glossy pot brings stability and depth.
• Best avoided for very light or very delicate trees, where the contrast may become too strong.

Creation notes
Conceived as a mineral matte black, rich enough not to look flat, yet sober enough to serve as a neutral base for a wide variety of trees.
