Antique Green
Description
Transparent green with slightly antique tones. Its fine crackle network and grey-black zones in thin areas give it a very natural, patinated appearance.
• Famille : Antique
• Opacity : transparent — Finish : glossy — Texture : smooth
Usage
• Very suitable for textured deciduous trees (elm, hornbeam, trident maple): the patinated effect highlights strongly marked bark.
• Enhances light or beige-grey trunks, thanks to its transitions from green to grey.
• Works well with trees with light green foliage, where it adds character without dominating.
• To be used sparingly on traditional conifers, as the crackled surface and grey nuances give a less classical look than raw clay.
It can, however, work well in more modern or aged compositions where an old-looking, characterful pot is desired.
