Sandy Stone
Description
Sandy, rocky matte texture with nuances from dark brown to ochre. Small, slightly glossy points sometimes appear, creating a natural, highly organic relief.
• Opacity : opaque — Finish : textured — Texture : relief
Usage
• Perfect for traditional conifers such as Japanese black pines, Scots pines and junipers, where the raw texture pairs very well with strong bark.
• Ideal for trees with marked or old trunks, where the rough surface echoes the character of the tree.
• Suitable for species with strong silhouettes (oak, box, prunus), to which it brings a sober, mineral presence.
• Less suitable for delicate deciduous trees or very fine trees, as the texture has a strong visual identity.
• Excellent for compositions seeking a natural, archaic or mountainous look without excessive shine.
