How long does it take for delivery? All the pots in the shop are in stock and available immediately. On working days, orders are dispatched the next day after receipt of payment. Depending of the destination, take about one week for Europe.
What is the shipping cost? the shipping costs are indicated in the basket, they are calculated automatically according to the weight and the destination of your order.
Do you ship everywhere? Pottery is shipped in the European Union only. Tools can be shipped worldwide.
How can I pay? Paypal, Credit Card (via Paypal), bank transfer.
Can I send you a pot if I do not like it? No. To avoid buying errors, the pots are sufficiently detailed (photos, dimensions, etc ...). The risk of breakage is too high, so returns are not accepted as stipulated in the Terms of Sale.
Business
As a professional I would like to sell your pots in my shop. I receive many requests like this, and at this time my production is not sufficient to supply another shop than this site. I don't manufacture "mass" order or partnership with other professionals.
Do you make special prices for professionals? No, I don't practice any special prices. My pots are hand-made and require many hours of work, prices are calculated at the fairest and it is not possible to negotiate them.
Other
Are your pots frost-resistant? My pots are made of stoneware and fired at high temperatures, which means they are frost-resistant. However, there are a few nuances to consider:
People often say that stoneware is non-porous and therefore completely frost-proof, but that's an oversimplification—if not a misunderstanding of the subject. In reality, stoneware always has some level of porosity, ranging from 1% to 10% depending on the clay and firing process. This means it can, under certain conditions, absorb water. If that water freezes, it can cause cracks or even break the pot. This is a rare occurrence, but to minimize the risk, it's best to ensure that water doesn't stagnate in the pot during winter.
What is your nationality ?
French, I live in the north of France, near the Belgian border.
Is it possible to visit your shop or workshop? There is no "physical" shop, my pots are not exposed but stored, and my workshop is not intended to be visited.
Can I call you to discuss a project? I consult and respond regularly to emails. For practical reasons I do not take any more phone calls. (And my English is too bad!)
Do you have workshops or ceramic classes? No, despite a regular request, I do not organize any workshops at the moment.
I make some pottery, would it be possible to buy your enamels for my personal use? No, sorry my glazes fit well in my oven and with my firing mode, most might not have the expected rendering in another kiln. Moreover, enamels are the fruit of a long research and are a kind of signature of each ceramist, so it is difficult to share them.
How do you do this or that technique on your pots? For the same reasons that I do not distribute my enamels, if a technique does not appear in one of my videos, it is because I do not wish to share it ;).
