1. General

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales made by Grégory DELATTRE, ceramic artist, through his website www.greg-ceramics.com.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in size, shape, or color may occur, particularly for custom orders. Handmade ceramics allow for a certain degree of variation — that’s part of their unique charm. These variations are an integral part of the creative process and cannot be considered a reason for cancellation or return.

2. Payment

Online payments are processed via PayPal or Stripe (credit card payment possible without an account). No banking data is ever transmitted to greg-ceramics.com.
Payments by check (payable to Grégory DELATTRE) or bank transfer are possible upon request. Orders and shipments are processed only after receipt and clearance of payment.
In-stock items: full payment is required at the time of order.
Custom orders: a deposit of at least 30% is required when ordering, with the balance due upon completion. Shipment takes place after full payment. In case of cancellation during production, the deposit remains non-refundable, except as specified in article 4a.

3. Prices

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Quotations are valid for 28 days.
Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
Goods remain the property of Grégory DELATTRE until full payment is received.

4. Delivery

An estimated delivery time is provided upon ordering, depending on workload. Delivery shall not exceed 6 months from the date of deposit payment. Beyond this period, the customer may request cancellation and refund of the deposit.
Shipments are made via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or carrier depending on size and volume. Any specific delivery request may incur additional costs payable by the buyer.
Shipping fees: €12 for mainland France. Other destinations: rates according to the carrier’s current tariffs.
Goods are shipped at the buyer’s own risk. The seller cannot be held responsible for loss or damage occurring during transport.
Although shipments are made with the utmost care, if any issue arises, please do not hesitate to contact me: I will always do my best to find a solution.
Any order placed on this site is final and binding. Shipped items are neither returned nor exchanged, except with the seller’s prior agreement or if the item is damaged upon receipt.
Return costs, if authorized, remain at the buyer’s expense. No return without prior approval. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.
The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.

5. Intellectual Property

All works, texts, visuals, photographs, and designs presented on the website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Grégory DELATTRE and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, individual customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt (return shipping costs not included), applicable to distance purchases.

Exception: in accordance with Article L221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (custom orders).
